A scientific study of behaviour change was held in USA University and the results were quite surprising. A group of heavy mobile users of forty people was given the 1st puzzle and they were allowed to take their devices with them. The results were observed. In 2nd puzzle, they were equipped with medical gadgets to count blood pressure and heartbeats. Suddenly it was asked to hand over their phones and they were kept aside. Results showed that their blood pressure and heartbeats were faster due to the absence of their mobiles and their performance results were less than in 1st puzzle in which they had mobiles in their custody.
