It is said,” Education is the name of change of behaviour, unless and until there is no change in behaviour there is no education.”

It is a process of delivering knowledge and skills. The miracles that the world has reached is the fruit of this process. But still, this talent lacks in many under developing countries. Students are unable to get favourite results needed. Creativity lacks and results in an inactive role in practical life. This issue brings slackness to student’s behaviours. They are unable to play a productive role in the progress of the country.

In developed countries, it is the education system that seeds new trends of progress. It changes the future of a nation. They have developed advanced systems that stress learning and creativity. Students focus on real-world practices. Due to the use of latest information technology they have excess on market needs. They invest in the right educational approaches. Though, there is an unemployment situation there but not to a disturbing level.

Under developing countries like Mexico, Brazil, Philippines, Turkey, Egypt, Thailand, South Africa have an international standard of institutes but still, it is beyond the affordability of a major portion of the population. Governments do not invest much in the education sector. In other words, education development is not their priority. Political instability and corruption are the main causes of this situation. Public schools and colleges have problems of basic facilities. Shortage of staff, absence of internet facility, and the lethargic attitude of teaching staff are common issues of their education system. All this creates a mess for students. As a result, parents are compelled to refer their children to private schools and colleges.

School Level

Private schools here are expensive. The per capita income level of these countries is less than 400$. Common people have to cut short their other needs to send their children to these schools. Most students are unable to get considerable academic result to enter college level. At least 50% of students expelled from the academic system. Although their parents have financed much. Unemployment starts from this level. Students victim of this situation want to earn but ways are blocked due to insufficient educational background and lack of skills.

College Level

At the college level, most students choose medical, Engineering or computer information technology subjects. The filter is there to stop them. Community colleges have their problems. Teachers create a situation to take them to private academies where much fee is charged. The same is the case with private college students. Private coaching is considered a must for good marks. Even though, many students are unable to get enough marks to enrol them in university.

Poor parents mostly select one child for college-level but due to insufficient marks, doors for higher education shut for him. Dreams of parent’s dropdown. Student’s spirits go under depression and disappointment. Few choose ways of crime or drugs.

University level

In schools and colleges, most students rely on private academies and coaching centres to get good marks to join university level. Such students lack hard work, comprehension of subjects and creativity. These private places design the students into cramming parrots. The system of judging students efficiency bases on memory. While at the university level role of a teacher is limited self-study and understanding by yourself and make your way are the keys to go ahead.

Teachers here deliver lectures with the understanding that students are enough capable to grasp their delivery of knowledge. But students with a weak creative background are unable to pluck that fruit. Their previous academic background has moulded them like a flower without smell. Moreover, their grip on English as a language is loose.

When they enter the market with these academic deficiencies they are unable to get reasonable jobs in the market. It results in other economic, social and emotional crises. All these problems blur the decent shape of a good society.

A complete change of system bases on knowledge, creativity, and practical research, can change this situation.
